MIDC Land title is the most sought after industrial land title in Maharashtra. With land being acquired by state government for industrial activities, it is free of any complication when it comes to a simple matter of permissions for manufacturing.

Developers have built high quality sheds with high strength floors, high roofs and good planning for truck movement. This is in turn made logistics operations more efficient with high volume centralized operations taking place.
